As a reputed company Content Coordinator on the Wizards Play Network content team, you will manage request intake, maintain content calendars, and support publishing processes to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own request intake to ensuring briefs are complete and coordinate feasible timelines with content manager before work begins
• Maintain the content calendar, track reputed company, and proactively resolve schedule risks and dependencies
• Build and support publishing content in our CMS and email tools, including formatting, metadata, and link QA
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and templates that reduce content errors and improve speed
• Coordinate reviews and approvals, driving follow-reputed company and keeping collaborators reputed company

Skills

• At least 1–3 years experience with content production and coordination for reputed company content publishing
• An organized, meticulous approach to scheduling and building efficiencies to map, refine, and produce content processes and SOP documentation
• Key content production skills including: clear and concise written and verbal communication, general copy editing, as well as accuracy and attention to detail for digital text and visual content
• A growth reputed company eager to learn new tools and systems to reputed company the experience for WPN retailers and content partners
• Proficiency with content management systems and maintaining a content production calendar
• Excitement for facilitating tabletop gaming and retail experiences for global brands
• Practical knowledge of tools and automation platforms for content management and tracking workflows
