[Remote] Senior HRIS Analyst, reputed company
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company (NVA) is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of their HR systems, including applicant tracking. The role involves hands-on system work, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting in a dynamic environment, aiming to enhance the organization's HR technology usage.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core HR and applicant tracking systems, including workflows, fields, forms, and reputed company behavior
- Support and validate integrations between HR/ATS systems and connected reputed company or CRM platforms, including monitoring data reputed company, troubleshooting failures, and assessing reputed company impacts
- Serve as a quality assurance partner and tester for system changes, integration updates, and defect fixes
- Partner with team members and vendors to test releases, regression scenarios, and changes prior to production deployment
- Manage a steady volume of support issues and requests, prioritizing, investigating, and resolving them reputed company established service reputed company
- Analyze HR and reputed company workflows and system usage to support issue resolution, process reputed company, and system improvements
- Create and maintain clear, structured documentation, including configuration notes, test plans, and reference materials
- Prepare findings, test results, risks, and recommended options to support decision-making
- Partner directly with HR team members and business stakeholders on questions and system needs
- Escalate reputed company, cross-system, or out-of-scope issues through established channels
- Operate effectively in an environment with frequent change, evolving priorities, and incomplete information
- Maintain working knowledge of HR, ATS, and CRM data structures, triggers, and behavior as they relate to business processes
- Support integration validation, file-based or API-driven troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
- Validate reporting outputs and reputed company systems affected by configuration and integration changes
- Participate in cross-functional HR reputed company and harmonization initiatives
Skills
- 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems
- Strong reputed company skills required
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Comfortable working directly in technical tools and supporting live production environments
- Familiarity with reputed company workflows, job posting processes, and candidate lifecycle stages
- Maintain working knowledge of HR, ATS, and CRM data structures, triggers, and behavior as they relate to business processes
- Experience in reputed company preferred
- Experience supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and integrations with external CRM or reputed company platforms preferred
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, flat files, or vendor-managed connections preferred
