As a Financial Planner, you will engage clients to deliver comprehensive financial plans, guide them toward achieving financial goals, and reputed company education on various financial topics while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, financial plans that drive measurable reputed company for participants reputed company reputed company’s dedicated service model

- Act as an Investment Adviser Representative for reputed company Advisory Group, offering tailored investment recommendations and leveraging reputed company’s managed account platform
- Apply the CONSULT model to build trust and guide participants toward clear financial reputed company
- Conduct reputed company to reputed company and former providers to facilitate client-directed transactions and ensure seamless implementation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience (MBA preferred)
- Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation required
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or the 401(k) industry
- At least 2 years of direct financial planning experience
- Proven ability to analyze and communicate a client's complete financial picture, including investments, insurance, tax strategy, education planning, retirement, and estate considerations
