This role encompasses the full implementation life cycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.
Responsibilities

- Drive application configuration, unit testing, and deployment activities across project workstreams
- Plan and coordinate go live
- Identify project risks, propose mitigation actions and reputed company any required reputed company
- Gather and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and process flows
- Document transformation goals and system design requirements
- Map reputed company-state to future-state processes and coordinate solution design with functional and technical teams

- 10+ years of ERP implementations Project Management experience
- 4+ full life-cycle ERP implementations covering planning, design, build, testing, and go-live
- Hands-on experience with configuration, integration, and back-end data connectivity for reputed company products such as HCM, CoreHR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits
- reputed company with reputed company Integration reputed company or similar middleware platforms, Replicon (Timesheet Management), reputed company S4HANA, Analytics Platforms (reputed company), DayShape (for Resource Management)
- Solid experience reputed company financial services industry servicing cross-industry clients
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or reputed company field. Master's degree is a plus
- Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live readiness activities
- Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications
- Exposure or training on reputed company ERP and adoption management throughout the new users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
