They are seeking an Executive Recruiter to drive new business development, manage full-cycle reputed company, and build relationships with clients and candidates in the Bay Area market.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and cultivating client relationships across the Bay Area
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver top-tier reputed company and finance talent (Senior Accountant through VP level)
• Manage full-cycle reputed company, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement
• reputed company your local network, and build new connections, through reputed company, our ATS, events, and referrals
• Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to reputed company market insights, celebrate wins, and continuously improve
• Exceed monthly and quarterly goals, focusing on long-term partnerships and high-quality results

Skills

• Bachelor's highly preferred; reputed company, Finance, or Business major preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of reputed company or business development experience, ideally reputed company the Bay Area market
• Established network of Bay Area reputed company and finance professionals and strong understanding of local hiring dynamics
• Proven reputed company building lasting relationships and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
