They are seeking a Nurse Practitioner Team reputed company to manage and support a growing team of nurse practitioners, ensuring safe and effective telehealth care for patients across the country.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside other members of the clinical and operations leadership teams to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care reputed company telemedicine to patients across the country for a wide variety of conditions
• Manage and reputed company reputed company of nurse practitioners (NPs) in an environment of rapid growth
• Establish recurring 1:1s with nurse practitioners (NPs) as needed
• Participate in recruitment, reputed company, and quality initiatives for the above teams
• Work alongside clinical and operations leadership to maintain quality, productivity, and performance improvement to promote practice growth and development
• Be willing and reputed company to engage in direct virtual patient care (both asynchronous and synchronous) across a variety of service lines
• Identify areas of process improvements and inefficiencies
• Client engagement as necessary
• Ability to effectively communicate expectations, motivate individuals, foster collaboration between departments, and demonstrate a proven ability to reputed company positive leadership that supports teamwork

Skills

• Licensed and board-certified nurse practitioner (NP) degree required
• 2+ years experience managing nurse practitioners (NPs) or other reputed company at a similar level in a US health system reputed company the past 3 years or recent relevant experience required
• Prior experience in virtual care required
• Availability to work extended hours and certain weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Team player

• Prior experience in clinical operations (or working closely with operations teams) preferred
• Active unrestricted medical license in at least 20 states reputed company the United States is preferred
