[Remote] Senior Account Manager - Client Services

The Senior Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to customers, managing a portfolio of reputed company marketing clients and ensuring campaign reputed company and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer relationships from reputed company through renewal, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations that align reputed company programs with customer business goals
- reputed company strategic business reviews (SBRs) and campaign wrap reports, delivering insights that shape future strategy

- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for customers and internal teams

Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience in reputed company marketing, campaign management, or reputed company media
- Proven reputed company acting as a strategic advisor, delivering recommendations that map to client business goals
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
