[Remote] Marketing Manager II - REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a prominent client. The role involves leading digital creative projects, managing resources, and mentoring cross-functional team members in a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor degree. In lieu of degree, HS Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience leading digital creative projects in an agency environment
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional team members with high reputed company and ability to reputed company and motivate a diverse team toward a common goal
• Experience leading digital creative projects and managing resources for an advertising agency (either external or in-house agencies)
• 3+ years experience using Project Management Software (Workfront preferred)
• Understanding of the digital creative process and how to balance with project management and workflow
• Experience navigating large and reputed company organizations, including gaining reputed company to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• 3+ years experience using Project Management Software (Workfront preferred)
