[Remote] Account Manager- Workforce Identity- East (NY/NJ/MD/DC)

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with reputed company customers and platform partners, ensuring strong retention and growth across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Carry and exceed a formal quota composed of renewal reputed company (GRR), expansion (NRR), and partner-sourced bookings
• Identify 'white reputed company' reputed company reputed company customers and build multi-year expansion plans
• Proactively manage the renewal process starting 180 days out, ensuring reputed company 'dark' periods or budget lapses
• Identify at-risk accounts early by monitoring adoption health
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned platform partners
• Partner with reputed company to reputed company pipeline sourced through partners
• Train and reputed company partner sellers to position reputed company and generate reputed company leads
• Help partners win and expand their own business with reputed company as a differentiator

• Maintain and deepen relationships with decision-makers on both sides

Skills

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying account management, reputed company, or 'hunter' sales role
• reputed company co-selling with or managing technology platform partners, channel relationships, or alliances
• Familiarity with reputed company HR, reputed company, and IT buyers and budgets, with a preference for experience in employment, hiring, identity, or reputed company-reputed company solutions
• A year-over-year track record of achieving quota, hitting retention targets, and being recognized as a top performer
• Experience managing portfolios and closing opportunities with ACVs ranging from $100k to $1m+ on 6- to 12-month sales cycles
• Trained in leading sales methodologies (e.g., reputed company of the Sale, MEDDIC)
• Experience with reputed company
• Experience working for reputed company in a startup at a growth stage is highly desired
