Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to key accounts and customers post-sale
- Manage and grow reputed company-level partnerships and reputed company valued at $200K+
- Partner closely with Account Executives in a 1:1 support model to ensure successful reputed company, implementation, retention, and expansion
- reputed company reputed company and implementation initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers while coordinating internally across sales, operations, and leadership teams

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, reputed company, Partnerships, or Implementation
- Experience managing reputed company or strategic accounts with reputed company of $200K+ ARR/value
- Strong executive reputed company and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to reputed company, influence, and scale processes—not just execute tasks
- Proven ability to manage reputed company relationships and drive customer reputed company
- Highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
