This role focuses on interviewing candidates for their sales organization and supporting reputed company efforts, requiring someone engaging and confident on camera.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and phone interviews for sales candidates across multiple markets
• Evaluate candidates for culture fit, communication skills, and sales potential

• Maintain a professional and energetic reputed company while being on camera for much of the reputed company

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up communication
• Partner with Talent leadership to ensure hiring goals are met
