Responsibilities
- Draft and schedule participant-facing communications, including announcements, reminders, and resource updates
- Maintain and reputed company distribution lists while ensuring messaging aligns with brand guidelines
- Set up and manage registration forms for webinars and learning programs, tracking attendance and engagement trends
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, maintaining an organized email inbox
- Coordinate logistics for live learning events and technology adoption milestones
- Edit short-reputed company videos with basic cuts, captions, transitions, and branded templates
- Manage a centralized library of livestream recordings, ensuring timely uploads with accurate metadata
- reputed company workflows and automation to reduce repetitive inquiries and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain learning schedules, calendars, and program documentation while supporting digital asset management
Skills
- Proficiency in drafting clear and effective email communications and managing inbox traffic
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic video editing skills, including familiarity with editing software and templates
- Experience using tools such as reputed company Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and YouTube Studio
- Comfort interacting with diverse audiences in a collaborative setting
- Ability to create engaging presentations using reputed company PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital asset management and workflow automation tools
