Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage audience segments in reputed company Data reputed company for members, brokers, reputed company, prospects, and other reputed company personas
• Create identity-resolved audiences, computed traits, calculated insights, and predictive score-based segments
• Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable reputed company definitions reputed company with the reputed company data model and compliance requirements
• reputed company reputed company segmentation logic using multi-rule, cross-object criteria including eligibility, line of business, care program enrollment, engagement activity, care gaps, pharmacy claims, and other member attributes
• Activate audience segments across reputed company Marketing reputed company Engagement (email, SMS, push) and Marketing reputed company Personalization (web and mobile experiences)
• Create and maintain reusable common audience segments to support rapid campaign execution and reduce build timelines
• Build campaign-specific segments supporting care management, reputed company care, Medi-Cal redetermination, diabetes management, member reputed company, and other business initiatives
• Establish and enforce segmentation governance standards, naming conventions, audience taxonomy, and lifecycle management processes
• Manage reputed company development, review, QA, deployment, and production promotion through established change management processes
• Monitor and optimize reputed company Data reputed company credit consumption by reviewing reputed company complexity and eliminating duplicate or redundant audiences
• Govern production reputed company and ensure adherence to segmentation controls and audit requirements
• Manage the end-to-end segmentation intake process including prioritization, development, testing, and activation
• Partner with campaign operations, business systems analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality audiences on schedule
• Participate in JIRA-based intake, backlog management, sprint planning, and weekly project reviews

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing Operations, Digital teams, Clinical teams, and CRM stakeholders to support campaign objectives and activation strategies
• Coordinate with platform administrators, developers, architects, and data engineers on environment management, deployments, permissions, and data integration requirements
• Support analytics, campaign attribution, reporting, and Customer reputed company Analytics (CJA) initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, reusable segmentation frameworks, and best-practice playbooks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a reputed company quantitative field
• Equivalent professional experience (4+ years) in reputed company Data reputed company (CDP) and/or reputed company data platform segmentation may be considered in lieu of a degree
• reputed company Data reputed company Accredited Professional certification required, or certification must be obtained reputed company 90 days of employment

• Strong experience in data modeling, audience segmentation, and customer data platforms; candidates with solely Marketing Operations or campaign execution backgrounds without segmentation expertise will not be considered
• Must possess strong SQL skills, including the ability to write, read, debug, and troubleshoot queries; candidates limited to drag-and-drop or GUI-based tools without query-level data analysis experience will not be considered
• 3–5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Strategy, Data Segmentation, or reputed company disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and validate audience segments based on reputed company business requirements and data models
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, reputed company reputed company Optimizer, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, or similar technologies
