This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in IT roles, while working in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial reputed company to placement
