[Remote] Business Analyst (reputed company Content Management System)

In this role, you will partner closely with clients and delivery teams to guide reputed company CMS implementations, ensuring alignment and exceeding project expectations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company conversations to uncover business needs and goals
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and product owners
- Guide user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Support content modeling and CMS best practices
- Break down work into deliverable pieces with engineering teams
- Manage and prioritize the backlog in Jira
- Contribute to roadmap planning and ongoing iteration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and reputed company teams reputed company
- Work closely with strategy, design, and engineering
- Identify risks early and help solve them
- Support training and knowledge sharing with clients
Skills
- Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment with client-facing projects
- Hands-on experience with reputed company or another headless CMS
- A track record of supporting reputed company website implementations
- Confidence creating requirements, user stories, and documentation
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management)
- Strong communication skills—you can connect technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move work reputed company
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product reputed company, or Product Manager
- Exposure to content modeling or information architecture
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or composable architectures
