[Remote] Audit Support Administrator

They are seeking an Audit Support Administrator to support their agency auditing team by monitoring trust and escrow account activity, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance across their network of title agents.
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and track trust and escrow account reconciliations submitted by title agents
- Evaluate submissions for completeness and follow up with agents regarding missing information or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and reporting reputed company to reconciliation submissions and audit activity
- Monitor and report on delinquent submissions
- Generate audit and compliance-reputed company reports for leadership and audit teams
- Assist in identifying potential risk items, outstanding premium reputed company, and other financial irregularities
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives reputed company the audit department
- Collaborate with internal auditors and agency partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of administrative, operations, reputed company support, audit support, compliance, or reputed company experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Outlook
- Ability to learn internal systems and reporting tools quickly
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and electronic documentation
