Responsibilities

• Support coordination across research leadership, operations, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure reputed company execution
• Assist with planning and execution of new vendor partnerships and technology implementations that support research operations
• Organize and support research-reputed company meetings, including sponsor meetings, internal planning sessions, weekly team meetings, and conferences
• Manage calendars, agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up communications
• Prepare project updates, summaries, and materials for research leadership and key stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management reputed company a multisite clinical research network, CRO, sponsor, or academic research organization
• Solid understanding of late-stage (Phase II–IV) clinical trial organization and startup processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational, communication, powerpoint, and problem-solving skills
• Adept at using project management software platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or others
• Experience in cardiovascular clinical research
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus
