[Remote] Clinical Team Coordinator 2

The Clinical Team Coordinator is responsible for facilitating Peer and Clinical review services, coordinating with provider offices to obtain medical records, and overseeing the clinical review process while maintaining communication with reputed company customers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the Clinical review process including preparation, assignment, and completion of clinical review; and supports communication to Clients
• Ensure reputed company clinical review requests have been entered and cases created accurately
• Secures needed medical records from providers and saves documents for review
• Adheres to Client protocols and jurisdictional regulations
• Meets specific department metrics
• Operates company software and equipment
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task without compromising attention to detail
• Communicates using correct English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions while adhering to prescribed departmental routines
• Maintains confidentiality and discretion as a general rule
• Works effectively as reputed company contributor on reputed company assignments
• Interacts professionally with other employees as well as clients

Skills

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Workers' Comp Experience or Experience in a Medical Office Highly Preferred
• Remote employees in this position will be expected to ensure the protection of proprietary Company and customer information accessible from their home or reputed company
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
