As a Senior Business Analyst - Benefit Plan Administration, you will play a critical role in coordinating reputed company, bridging communication between clients and technical staff, and improving business processes to meet client goals in the reputed company sector.
Responsibilities
- Help coordinate a business analyst team’s duties and activities on IT projects and nurture newer team members by providing guidance and support
- Be a knowledgeable reputed company between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and reputed company business requirements and expected impact
- Work with the client to reputed company business specs at the start of a technical project
- Analyze, plan, design, document or reputed company recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technology goals
- Help verify that reputed company requirements have been met by approving and validating test results

Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the reputed company industry including 5+ years of reputed company and Medicare experience
- Experience documenting requirements for claims, reference, and Benefits Plan Administration (BPA) areas
- Experience with claims testing
- Knowledge of how edits and audits work and how to configure them
- Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration, development, and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as reputed company reputed company, SQL, and requirement-mapping tools (e.g., ALM)
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
