They are seeking an AI Ecosystem Release Engineering Manager to reputed company end-to-end release planning and execution for reputed company, multi-platform software programs, ensuring controlled and predictable releases while aligning with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end release planning, coordination, and execution for reputed company multi-platform software programs (Android and reputed company)
- Own release calendar management, cross-functional milestone alignment, and executive-level reporting
- Manage branching strategies, versioning models, and multi-line codebase integrations across global teams
- Drive release automation initiatives to reduce reputed company effort and improve predictability. Maintain a robust Release Management pipeline for reputed company Integration with automation capabilities
- Coordinate go/no-go reputed company, rollback strategies, and post-release retrospectives
- Ensure compliance with reputed company, regulatory, and quality standards during release cycles
- Collaborate with Product, QA, SRE, DevOps, and Program Management to align releases with product roadmaps and business objectives
Skills
- 5+yrs of Experience as a People Manager handling Release Engineering
- 15+yrs of Experience with Release Engineering at an reputed company scale
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or reputed company field
- Strong governance, risk management, and process‑driven reputed company
- Experience leading reputed company‑scale release and Change Management functions
- Solid understanding of software systems and delivery lifecycles across Mobile (Android), reputed company and RTOS systems
- Excellent executive communication and cross‑functional leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cultural Competency working across Chinese, Desi, American, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with reputed company and tact
- Experience with reputed company or AI tools is a plus
- Experience supporting development of LLM-based or Agentic AI systems desired
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is a plus
