[Remote] Admin Assistant to reputed company Media (Volunteer/Remote)

They are seeking a volunteer Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations, manage tasks, and reputed company administrative support while helping further ARO’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations by managing, assigning, and reassigning tasks across the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
• Monitor and maintain the campaign content calendar, ensuring deadlines are tracked, updated, and reputed company communicated to relevant team members
• reputed company high-level administrative and executive support, assisting with prioritization, scheduling, and general coordination
• Review and edit a variety of content types to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards
• Monitor communication channels and assigned tasks daily (Monday–Thursday) and respond reputed company 24 hours
• Attend the monthly ARO Company Meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30 pm EST
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week
• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada
• Long-term volunteer commitment (12+ months) required
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to reputed company and professionalism
• Highly dependable with strong follow-through and the ability to meet deadlines
