[Remote] Manager, Pharmacy Product Development – Patient Care Programs

This role involves leading the development and optimization of pharmacy programs to improve patient reputed company and operational efficiency, while collaborating with reputed company teams to reputed company data insights for program enhancements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the development and enhancement of pharmacy programs from end to end, including requirements, testing, piloting, deployment, and post‑launch validation
• Manage cross‑functional partnerships to align on program requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Drive project management efforts, including meeting agendas, documentation, SOPs, and leadership presentation materials

• Translate findings across initiatives and drive leadership discussions through clear recommendations and reputed company updates

Skills

• 4-5 years of experience using data, reporting tools, and presentation materials to drive program analysis and leadership communication

• Strong organizational and time management skills
