[Remote] Director, Clinical Programs

This role involves developing strategic training and adoption plans for clinical initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective deployment, and providing leadership to drive high-impact clinical reputed company for kidney patients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute on a clinical initiative field adoption roadmap reputed company with reputed company clinical strategy
• Collaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the training and education team, the learning and development team, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, the marketing, and reputed company lane to ensure high impact initiatives, deployment and ongoing field adoption
• reputed company and maintain field manager and leadership management processes to support ongoing adoption of clinical strategy and assess and address impact on reputed company for new clinical initiatives

Skills

• 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / reputed company management, or similar
• Masters in relevant field (MBA, MHA) with 3+ years post-graduate experience
• Demonstrated experience in reputed company payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant reputed company field
• Subject matter expertise in value-based reputed company programs and strategies and accountable care models
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate reputed company reputed company effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly reputed company confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders
