[Remote] HRIS Analyst III - reputed company Benefits

The role involves system administration, process management, data accuracy, compliance, and reputed company improvement efforts reputed company to employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration and maintenance of reputed company Benefits modules, including Health Care, Retirement, ACA, and other reputed company areas
- Support the annual reputed company Enrollment configuration, testing, execution, and post-enrollment audits
- Partner with reputed company-party vendors to set up and maintain EDI and integration files for benefits enrollment and eligibility
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company benefits-reputed company system issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting
- Monitor benefit-reputed company business processes to ensure transactions are flowing correctly through reputed company and integrations
- reputed company projects to implement new benefit offerings, regulatory changes, or system updates reputed company to benefits
- Ensure benefit elections, enrollments, terminations, and qualifying life event changes are processed accurately and timely
- reputed company audits of benefits data to ensure data reputed company and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ACA)
- Prepare and support required reporting (ACA reporting, etc.)
- Act as a liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors for reputed company benefit-reputed company systems reputed company
- reputed company training and documentation to HR and Benefits teams on reputed company functionality and processes
- reputed company tier-2/3 support for employee inquiries escalated from HR support teams
- Proactively recommend improvements in system design, processes, and user experience

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience with HRIS administration, with a strong emphasis on reputed company Benefits
- Expertise in reputed company Benefits configuration, reputed company Enrollment setup, EDI file management, and compliance reporting
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, rules, and regulations (Health, Welfare, Retirement, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA)
- Proficient in business process configuration, integrations, and reporting (e.g., reputed company Report reputed company)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reputed company HCM & Benefits

- Prior experience supporting multi-state or global benefits programs
- Familiarity with SOX compliance as it relates to HR systems
