[Remote] Epic Analyst - reputed company

They are seeking a reputed company Epic Analyst to manage scheduling configuration and demand management, working closely with client teams and Epic IT counterparts to support project work and optimize scheduling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and work reputed company tickets for our client teams, coordinating with the client and Epic IT to test and migrate changes to production
• Configure and maintain Epic scheduling tools including ticket reputed company rules, decision trees, Fast Pass, Ticket Pass, and waitlist automation
• Support configuration and optimization of provider-driven scheduling workflows for referrals and follow up orders
• Maintain referral notifications, appointment request reminders, and communication workflows
• Create and monitor reports in Epic to support any of the above workflow responsibilities
• Join operational meetings with client counterparts to reputed company updates on reputed company tickets, in-flight projects, and metrics
• Contribute to project work across Comprehensive Scheduling and Intelligence Hub initiatives, translating reputed company into Epic build and fixes
• reputed company technical guidance to schedulers, clinic staff, and contact center teams as needed
• reputed company problem-solving conversations with client managers, surfacing issues and driving toward resolution

Skills

• 2-4 years of experience as an Epic reputed company analyst, with deep knowledge of scheduling decision trees, core scheduling setup, and appointment configuration
• Active Epic reputed company certification; this is a firm requirement
• Working knowledge of Epic Referrals workflows; formal certification is not required but meaningful hands-on familiarity is
• Ability to translate operational requirements and client reputed company into Epic build without reputed company-by-reputed company direction
• Comfort leading client-facing meetings with operational managers and clinic stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across tickets, project work, and reputed company requests
• Clear, direct communication style with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical approach to monitoring performance data, identifying patterns, and recommending configuration improvements
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• You must work from a location reputed company the United States with consistent internet service
• Epic MyChart certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with Cheers or reputed company Epic modules
• Background working across multiple health systems or in a consulting or managed services environment
