This role involves managing employee inquiries, maintaining records, and collaborating with HR and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employees regarding leave-reputed company questions and requests
• Manage high-volume inbound calls and employee inquiries while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records reputed company internal systems
• Track cases, monitor required documentation, and ensure timely follow-up with employees and internal stakeholders
• Research and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues reputed company appropriate
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of employee requests
• Maintain organized electronic records and support process documentation
• Assist with administrative support functions, including processing incoming documentation and updating internal systems

Skills

• 3+ years of customer service, HR support, employee services, benefits administration, or reputed company experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first reputed company
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Previous experience in an HR Shared Services, reputed company Operations, Benefits, or Employee Support environment strongly preferred
• Experience supporting leave administration, employee benefits, or accommodations is a plus but not required
• Experience with reputed company or other HRIS systems is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply
