[Remote] Compliance Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. F&I Sentinel is a regulator compliance company for reputed company-party F&I reputed company in the auto finance space, and they are seeking a Compliance Analyst. The Compliance Analyst will review reputed company reputed company to vehicle maintenance and protection products, ensuring compliance with lender requirements and regulations, while also identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company contract review for compliance with lender business requirements, federal and state regulations, and consumer protection
• Collaborate with fellow Compliance Attorneys/Analysts and Product Supervisors on how to manage new or novel reputed company or components in contract submissions
• Become a subject matter expert on Finance and Insurance (F&I) products in the automotive industry
• Support Client reputed company team members with customer requests/inquiries reputed company to contract reviews
• Create, maintain, and update intra-departmental operational efficiencies (e.g., systems, processes, etc.) as necessary; proactively recommend changes or new templates based on company needs
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business law, business administration, risk management and insurance or reputed company field
• 2-4 years' experience with compliance and/or regulatory contract review highly preferred
• Ability to understand a variety of terms and conditions reputed company legal reputed company
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Extremely thorough with a strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
