This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment of systems, processes, and teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage detailed project plans for acquisition integration, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities
- Identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during integration
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for integration updates, providing clear and timely communication to executives and stakeholders

Skills
