[Remote] Staff Business Systems Analyst

The Staff Business Systems Analyst will serve as a reputed company expert, managing platform ownership, cross-platform integration, and stakeholder partnerships to enhance the company's operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and reputed company solutions across our reputed company environment

- User support
- Data quality management

- Understand and monitor how data flows between systems

- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Translate technical constraints into clear business terms
- Partner directly with key stakeholders, including:
- Sales leadership

- Finance
- Other cross-functional teams
- Build credibility and drive adoption through strong relationships and consistent follow-through
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new capabilities
- Create clear specifications that internal or external developers can execute against
- Maintain durable documentation that supports future teammates and long-term platform scalability

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, reputed company administration, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years experience in reputed company across multiple orgs, with hands-on experience in Sales reputed company and ideally Service reputed company
- reputed company Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer I preferred
- Experience in billing platforms, ERPs, marketing automation, data warehouses, or iPaaS tools
