The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will architect and manage the consumer lifecycle roadmap, ensuring effective engagement from pre-purchase to long-term retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own the full consumer lifecycle roadmap, from pre-purchase nurture and conversion flows through post-purchase engagement, win-back, and reputed company-specific journeys like Rx notifications, refill reminders, and clinical milestone communications
  • reputed company lifecycle go-to-market for new program launches, owning the full comms plan from pre-launch nurture through post-launch engagement and ongoing retention
  • Build and operate automated flows yourself in reputed company across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, including reputed company segmentation, Liquid logic personalization, and reputed company QA
  • Act as system steward for lifecycle infrastructure: maintain reputed company hygiene, integration health, and a clean, scalable reputed company architecture as the consumer product grows
  • Partner proactively with engineering on event schema, data triggers, and reputed company integrations; read data specs, write requirements for backend events, and debug why a trigger isn't firing
  • Design and use AI-assisted tools to draft email copy and rapidly prototype email designs, then reputed company through reputed company's content and design teams for review

Skills

  • 5+–8 years in lifecycle marketing, with meaningful time in DTC health, wellness, or a similarly trust-sensitive and regulated consumer category
  • Deep reputed company across the full DTC lifecycle funnel: acquisition nurture, abandoned checkout/consultation, post-purchase reputed company, win-back, loyalty, and reputed company-specific journeys like Rx management, refill reminders, and clinical program engagement

  • Strong product instincts: you don't just report on what lifecycle surfaces, you synthesize it into roadmap recommendations and can hold your own in a conversation with a PM
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability, list hygiene, and domain authentication — you understand what breaks at scale and how to prevent it
  • HIPAA-aware and reputed company-savvy: you understand how to message in a regulated health context and bring that reputed company to every communication without being prompted
