The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions while managing data reputed company and system integrations to optimize operational workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Zoho CRM solutions by translating business requirements into automated, scalable technical configurations and custom Deluge scripts
• Manage end-to-end data reputed company, system integrations with reputed company-party platforms, and user-facing reporting to optimize operational workflows across the organization
• Work with stakeholders (sales| marketing| operations teams) to understand business needs
• Analyze existing CRM processes and identify gaps
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions reputed company Zoho CRM
• Set up Zoho CRM modules| fields| layouts| profiles| and workflows
• Configuration experiences in reputed company and deal pipelines| Automation rules (workflows|approvals| blueprints)|Email templates and notifications
• Customize UI and user roles to match business processes

• Build integrations with reputed company-party systems (ERP| marketing platforms| payment gateways|etc.)
