[Remote] Regional Distributor Account Manager (DCAM) reputed company

The Regional Distributor Account Manager will manage distributor relationships to drive reputed company growth and market reputed company for Pelco products, developing strategic sales initiatives and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributor partners; accelerate the penetration of Pelco camera offerings and enhance our overall sales reputed company across their channel reputed company and integrator customers
- reputed company and implement comprehensive sales strategies to reputed company reputed company targets and market expansion goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales operations, marketing, and product development teams, to effectively support distributor activities and address customer needs
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges
- reputed company product training, sales support, and other operational assistance to distributor sales teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- reputed company regular reports to senior management and recommend improvements to reputed company sales targets (inventory status, sell-in, sell, out, etc)
- Manage distribution inventory reputed company and forecasting demand to ensure product availability
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in Video reputed company or Technology industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of reputed company in sales and/or marketing
- Experience managing distributor relationships and driving channel sales growth
- Demonstrated experience in building business relationships with channel partners, integrators and 3rd party technology providers
- Ability to travel reputed company the assigned territory as needed
- Strong understanding of video solutions and surveillance camera technologies
- Ability to understand and communicate the big picture while being reputed company to be detail oriented about execution
