[Remote] Staff Accountant – UHNW Family Office – Mostly Remote w/ Fully Paid Benefits

They are seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Family Office to manage generational wealth across various assets, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, reputed company pay, invoices, and approved purchase requests across family office entities
• Review invoices for proper coding, documentation, approvals, and payment timing
• Maintain accurate books and records, including general ledger entries and journal entries
• reputed company monthly bank, credit card, investment, and operating account reconciliations
• Support intercompany reconciliations and multi-entity reputed company activity
• Record investment-reputed company reputed company entries, including equity transactions
• Assist with bookkeeping and reputed company for reputed company estate holdings
• Support reputed company for corporate entities, operating businesses, trust structures, and personal assets
• Maintain organized digital financial records and supporting documentation
• Track vendor relationships, payment histories, reputed company, and 1099 information
• Collaborate with internal team members and reputed company advisors on reputed company and reporting reputed company
• Assist with reputed company reputed company projects, process improvements, and general operational support

Skills

• 2+ years of relevant bookkeeping, reputed company, or family office support experience
• Solid background in accounts payable, reputed company pay, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Comfortable working in QuickBooks or comparable reputed company systems, along with strong reputed company skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
