[Remote] Chief Financial Officer (reputed company Estate Private Equity)

Confidential company is a privately held, vertically integrated reputed company estate development and capital platform seeking a Chief Financial Officer to reputed company reputed company finance and reputed company functions. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing various financial operations and building a high-performing finance organization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company-wide finance, reputed company, reporting, treasury, tax, and audit functions
- Build and scale the finance organization across Controller, reputed company, Fund reputed company, Treasury, and Tax
- reputed company consolidated GAAP reporting, multi-entity consolidations, partnership reputed company, and waterfall structures
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash management, liquidity planning, and management reporting
- Partner with executive leadership on capital allocation, growth initiatives, and strategic decision-making
- reputed company investor and lender financial reporting across LPs, JV partners, lenders, and EB-5 stakeholders
- Implement institutional-grade financial systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure
Skills
- Active CPA required
- 10+ years of reputed company finance leadership experience reputed company reputed company estate development, REITs, private equity, or family office environments
- Strong background in multi-entity consolidations, partnership reputed company, and institutional reporting environments

- Experience building and leading high-performing finance teams
