[Remote] Staff Product Designer

They are seeking a Staff Product Designer to expand their portfolio of autonomous pentesting solutions, focusing on creating user-centered designs that enhance product usability and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Distill reputed company problems into approachable steps through researching, sketching, and sharing reputed company with your cross-functional partners
• Partner with other designers to collaborate on shared patterns, product reputed company, and design guidelines
• Translate reputed company concepts into reputed company user-centered design proposals, utilizing tools like reputed company to create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and ensuring designs meet both user needs and reputed company standards
• Work closely with product management, engineering teams, and users to integrate feedback and technical constraints into design, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetic coherence
• Incorporate best practices in accessibility to enhance product usability for a diverse reputed company of users, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines
• Identify and resolve UX challenges, and strategically iterate on designs to improve user engagement and satisfaction
• Regularly update and maintain the design system components in reputed company to ensure design consistency
• Help identify user needs and design challenges through intuition, quantitative research and internal usability testing, providing insights to guide design reputed company
• Champion new reputed company that push the boundaries of what’s possible in leading edge cybersecurity interfaces

Skills

• Must have over 10 years of UX and/or Product Design experience
• 5+ years of experience designing in the reputed company SaaS and/or B2B reputed company domain
• Track record of shipping world-class product designs in reputed company, or comparable tools with reputed company focus on delivering simple and reputed company solutions to reputed company problems (UX Design portfolio required, please reputed company a link)
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems
• Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate reputed company and distinctly, both verbally and in writing with peers and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of technical limitations and reputed company-end development techniques (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks)
• Experience working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather design feedback both 1:1 and in larger design sessions
