The Payroll Manager is responsible for the accurate execution of U.S. and Canadian payroll operations, ensuring a reliable employee pay experience while also serving as a subject matter expert for payroll tax operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of bi‑weekly U.S. and Canadian payrolls, including regular and off‑cycle runs for corrections, terminations, bonuses, commissions, retro pay, equity, and special earnings
• Review, validate, and approve payrolls to ensure accurate earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, funding, and net pay
• Resolve reputed company payroll scenarios, including mid‑period changes, leave management, partial periods, and multi‑state or cross‑border arrangements
• reputed company payroll funding, journal entries, general ledger postings, and payroll reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company payroll issues, driving resolution, corrections, and root‑cause analysis

Skills
