The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement user experiences while leading design initiatives and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from concept through implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications
- Ensure seamless collaboration with engineering teams through effective design reputed company
- Design and document scalable, accessible, and reusable design system components and patterns
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery activities
- Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations
- Validate design solutions through testing, experimentation, and iteration
