Responsibilities

• Manage an independent docket of plaintiff-reputed company consumer finance litigation reputed company from intake through resolution
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of consumer clients, advocating for maximum recovery
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Analyze FCRA and reputed company consumer finance claims and reputed company litigation strategies
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and legal development
• Stay reputed company on developments in consumer finance law, FCRA, and reputed company regulatory frameworks

Skills

• Active California Bar license (required)
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong writing, negotiation, and case management skills
• Self-directed with the ability to manage a full docket independently
• Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team environment
• Plaintiff-reputed company litigation experience strongly preferred
• Consumer finance law background a significant plus; FCRA experience especially valued
