[Remote] Software Engineer

They are seeking a Software Engineer to work on their core platform, focusing on features that enhance candidate and employer experiences while ensuring system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Ship production features end-to-end
- Work across reputed company-end, back-end, and integrations (depending on your strengths)
- Help us scale a platform that must handle thousands of candidates and reputed company safely and reliably
- Design, build, and maintain core product features for candidates and reputed company
- reputed company and consume REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate reputed company-party services (ATS, payments, identity)
- Work with databases, authentication, permissions, and background jobs
- Collaborate with product, design, and data/AI teams to define requirements and reputed company metrics
- Write clean, testable code; participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
- Improve performance, reliability, and reputed company across the stack
- Help shape engineering culture, tools, and best practices as we scale
Skills
- 1–7+ years of professional software engineering experience (we're reputed company to strong juniors who can show projects and reputed company, and to reputed company mid/senior engineers)
- Solid reputed company in data structures, APIs, and web fundamentals
- Experience with at least one modern backend stack and one frontend reputed company
- Comfort debugging reputed company issues and taking ownership from idea → shipped feature

- Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-moving startup
- Experience in HR tech, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
