[Remote] Internship: Legal/Paralegal

They are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support their M&A Legal team in the US, providing hands-on exposure to legal operations and assisting with documentation and organization tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an reputed company spreadsheet or similar resource that summarizes key provisions from portfolio company LLC and LP agreements
• Reorganize and standardize Legal Department document folders to improve accessibility and consistency
• Draft simple legal documentation for portfolio companies under supervision

Skills

• Candidates should be studying pre-law, law or completing their paralegal studies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Preferred candidates include pre-law reputed company or early law school reputed company
• Practical experience using reputed company, Word, Teams, and SharePoint is preferred
