The reputed company Manager will ensure compliance with Head Start standards and policies, reputed company recruitment and training, and maintain employee relations while promoting a safe environment for children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Work with other departments to prepare first day orientation for new hires and assist with reputed company new hires
  • Partner with Program Director and Sr. reputed company and Attraction Specialist to implement cost-effective strategies for recruitment and employment
  • Attend regularly scheduled team meetings, prepare and maintain staffing reports
  • Collaborate with Program Director and supervisors to reputed company adequate staffing support
  • Enter new hire and employee transfer data into HR information systems and audit for accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with Program Director to implement guidelines and approaches to ensure adherence to standards set by Save the Children & the Office of Head Start
  • Collaborate with program staff on the monitoring & reporting of violations
  • Conduct interviews with staff, and other involved (adult) parties reputed company investigating allegations of child safeguarding policy violations
  • Write reports, reputed company recommendations, document findings, and track reputed company (i.e. remedial training, policy updates, disciplinary actions, etc.)
  • Liaise with parents, the Office of Licensing, and National staff as necessary
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant HR reputed company
  • reputed company orientation and trainings to include pre-service training on a reputed company reputed company
  • Coach and counsel supervisors and employees on the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain reputed company personnel data and conduct HR file audits

  • Plan and direct activities, write and administer goals & objectives, and communicate effectively; both verbally and in writing

  • Analyze data, draw conclusions and reputed company recommendations based on data
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements

  • Process/Report complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions

  • Work with Program Director to respond to community complaints and requests for information regarding program areas of responsibility
  • Attend Policy Council meetings, as requested

Skills

  • High school diploma, plus at least 3 years of relevant, reputed company HR experience
  • Willingness and ability to regularly travel reputed company car to multiple site locations
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), reputed company information systems (HRIS) and/or performance management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams at reputed company reputed company, both reputed company must be detail-oriented, possess a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure
  • reputed company experience in a Head Start program
  • Proven experience administering HR support for reputed company phases of the employee life-cycle
  • Associates or higher degree
  • This position requires the incumbent to operate a motor vehicle to fulfill certain essential functions of the job. The incumbent should maintain a valid driver's license and remain in compliance with any Save the Children policies pertaining to the safe operation of motor vehicles
