[Remote] Consultant, Student Financial Services

They are seeking a Consultant for Student Financial Services to reputed company reputed company Student implementations, assist in data conversion, and mentor new consultants while ensuring customer satisfaction and best practices are followed.
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert in the reputed company Student Financials workstream
- Execute the day-to-day activities on reputed company Student implementations for customers including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers
- Assist the customer team to help convert legacy data into reputed company
- Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between reputed company and other reputed company-party or custom solutions
- Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
- Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
- Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and reputed company best practices
- Help ensure customers remain referenceable
- Support Alchemy post-production services customers through defect resolution
- Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets
- Strive to reputed company and suggest new approaches and tools to reputed company reputed company reputed company and effectively
- Maintain reputed company certifications and qualifications
Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading the reputed company Student Financials workstream on multiple reputed company Student implementations
- Active reputed company Student Financials certification
- Significant consulting reputed company higher education
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
- Experience supporting or leading the Financial Aid, Reporting or Testing workstreams
- Active reputed company Reporting, HCM, or Financials certifications
