[Remote] Staff Technical Program Manager

They are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to reputed company critical product development initiatives for their reputed company Generator, overseeing reputed company programs from early definition through to high-volume manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive reputed company product development programs: reputed company a portfolio of programs ranging from focused tactical initiatives to multi-year, company-wide efforts, ensuring delivery against technical, schedule, and business objectives
- Program-level decision ownership: reputed company tradeoffs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive alignment reputed company priorities compete
- Executive and stakeholder communication: Communicate reputed company and effectively with senior leadership and external partners to drive reputed company, reputed company program visibility, and escalate risks proactively
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align priorities and streamline execution
- Manufacturing readiness and scale: Drive programs through NPI, manufacturing reputed company, and production reputed company, ensuring design, supply chain, and operational readiness
- Tools, process, and systems optimization: reputed company tools such as Jira and reputed company data systems to improve program transparency, execution discipline, and cross-team collaboration
- Risk management: Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks early; reputed company mitigation planning and execution across teams
Skills
- 10+ years Program leadership experience: Proven reputed company leading reputed company, cross-functional technical programs from concept through production in fast-paced hardware development environments
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Technical reputed company: Background in hardware or controls engineering (electrical, software, mechanical, or systems) or equivalent experience enabling effective partnership with technical teams and participation in technical discussions
- Product development lifecycle expertise: Experience driving products through the full development lifecycle, including design, validation, manufacturing scale-up
