[Remote] Sales Business Retention Rep

This role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving adoption and retention, and ensuring long-term reputed company through proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of National or Mid‑Market customer accounts
• Deliver proactive, outcome‑focused customer meetings based on an established engagement reputed company
• Prepare agendas, reputed company customer conversations, and reputed company clear follow‑up communication
• Communicate with customers in a compelling and reputed company manner in both verbal and written conversations and presentations
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and champions

• Support new customer implementations by partnering with Sales and internal teams to ensure seamless reputed company

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, Sales Support, or a reputed company customer‑facing role
• Experience managing customer relationships and balancing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort leading virtual meetings and customer discussions using reputed company Teams, WebEx, or similar
• Proficiency with reputed company Office tools; CRM experience preferred
• 3+ years of reputed company or B2B client management experience
• Experience in reputed company, nursing, or clinical environments
