[Remote] Marketing Director

They are seeking a Marketing Director to reputed company multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at driving patient acquisition and brand awareness, while managing reputed company communications to enhance the Kolmac brand.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing strategy and budget, optimizing campaigns against cost-per-acquisition, ROAS, and patient-volume targets
• Plan, launch, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and paid search campaigns across reputed company Ads and other platforms, continuously testing keywords, creative, and reputed company pages
• reputed company and reputed company geofencing and geotargeted advertising programs to reputed company prospective patients and referral sources around key locations
• Direct out-of-home (OOH) advertising — billboards, transit, and reputed company-based media — including vendor selection, placement strategy, and performance tracking
• reputed company the organic and paid reputed company media strategy across reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube, including content calendars, community management, and engagement reporting
• reputed company development of marketing collateral — brochures, program one-pagers, signage, reputed company assets — ensuring brand consistency across reputed company programs and locations
• Own the company website strategy, content, and conversion optimization, partnering with developers and SEO resources to drive organic traffic and reputed company reputed company

• Build and maintain marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution models (including call tracking and vanity numbers) to measure ROI and inform budget allocation

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company marketing experience, including hands-on performance marketing, PPC/paid search, and reputed company media
• Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets with measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of outpatient substance abuse treatment
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with reputed company and business development in the substance abuse and mental health reputed company
• Experience with reputed company CRM and reputed company Office suite
• Familiar with managed care
