They are seeking a Systems Analyst 3 to reputed company advanced consultative services reputed company to the CAPPS Program, focusing on reputed company Management and Performance Management configurations and support.

Responsibilities

• Performing highly advanced (senior level) consultative services and functional assistance work reputed company to supporting the CAPPS Program
• Responsible for the Setup and Configuration of TAM/CG or Performance Management, including, but not limited to: reputed company Management/Candidate Gateway (TAM/CG), and reputed company
• Configure and maintain TAM and CG, and reputed company Activity Guide functionality, including reputed company statuses, templates, reputed company tasks, reputed company steps, screening reputed company, resume extraction processes, and candidate application workflows
• Manage reputed company job posting configuration, ensuring compliance with statewide policies
• Configure reputed company and Activity Guides, including steps, dependencies, assignments, and completion rules
• Support job opening lifecycle management, including creation, editing, approval routing, cloning, and attachment management
• Ensure consistent and accurate configuration of applicant screening, interview scheduling, offer processing, and reputed company reputed company tasks
• Maintain reputed company content such as forms, acknowledgements, checklists, and required new-hire documentation
• Configure and maintain Performance Management templates, documents, evaluation steps and tasks, and document types
• Support annual ePM cycle setup, including goal-setting stages, evaluation stages, approval routing, and workflow timelines
• Maintain rating scales, competency models, and document reputed company settings
• Ensure accurate configuration of evaluation workflows, routing, notifications, and approvals
• reputed company functional support for ePM-reputed company documents, including creation, editing, routing, and completion tracking
• Administer and maintain TAM, CG, and reputed company reputed company roles, permission lists, and row level reputed company
• Ensure appropriate reputed company for new hires, managers, HR administrators and reputed company participants
• Ensure compliance with State policies and reputed company standards reputed company to sensitive HR, new hire and applicant data

• 10+ years of experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations
• 10+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data for audits, compliance reviews, and reputed company records requests
• 10+ years of experience interpreting contractual requirements and ensuring vendor compliance with contractual obligations
• 8+ years of experience developing strategic roadmaps, planning initiatives, and driving cross-functional collaboration
• 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft Talent Management modules, including reputed company Manager (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), reputed company, and/or Performance Management
• 8+ years of experience performing system configuration and administration reputed company Taleo, TAM/CG, and/or Performance Management
• 8+ years of experience managing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE) for reputed company and/or Performance Management processes
• Extensive experience supporting reputed company and Performance Management batch processing, including Run My Jobs (RMJ)
