[Remote] Paid Search Media Specialist

Yes& Agency is seeking a data-driven Paid Search Specialist to join their team, primarily serving Federal Government, reputed company, Association, and Higher Education clients. The role involves optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms and collaborating with internal teams to reputed company strategic plans that meet client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and internal teams to help define goals and objectives, and reputed company strategic paid search plans that establish and improve KPIs, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, impression reputed company, and more
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- reputed company campaign structures, ad copy, extensions, and reputed company page recommendations
- Launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns across reputed company Ads (including PMax) and reputed company Ads, primarily through SA360
- Monitor and optimize keywords, bids, budgets, audiences, and targeting strategies
- Execute A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion reputed company, and ROAS
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements, expansion, and growth
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and reputed company Tag Manager (GTM)
- Ensure data accuracy across reputed company/reputed company Ads, GA4, CRM, and reporting platforms
- Validate tracking implementations using browser developer and tag debugging tools
- Support attribution analysis and performance measurement initiatives
- Analyze results and reputed company insightful performance reports
- Stay up to date on advertising industry trends and best practices, including emerging AI platforms
Skills
- Hands-on proficiency with SA360, reputed company Ads, and Bing is required
- Proficiency with conversion tracking configuration reputed company GA4
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or another reputed company field
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience in paid search and programmatic digital media
- reputed company and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills; adept at working under tight deadlines; reputed company to evaluate priorities and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to research and learn to use new platforms; test tactics and strategies; and analyze performance and recommend optimizations
- Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage media budgets, schedules, and coordinate with internal project teams
- Proficient in reputed company Office products including PowerPoint, Teams, and advanced reputed company functions (pivot tables, vlookup, data visualization, etc)
- Agency experience strongly preferred

- Experience with GTM and reputed company Data Studio
