[Remote] Mid Software Developer - Backend

They are seeking a Mid Backend Software Developer to support a federal customer in modernizing large-scale IT systems, focusing on developing microservices and ensuring system reliability.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience
- Active Tier 3 Secret clearance (or higher)
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, Java, and the Spring Boot reputed company
- Experience developing microservices, REST APIs, and reputed company reputed company applications
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, reputed company charts, and container orchestration in OpenShift or similar platforms
- Experience designing, developing, and operating solutions in AWS or other reputed company platforms
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures and reputed company message brokers (reputed company MQ, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ)
- Experience with observability tooling including distributed tracing, structured logging, and metrics collection (OpenTelemetry, Kibana, ELK stack)

- Experience working reputed company Agile frameworks, including participation in Scrum/SAFe ceremonies
