They are seeking a Founding Mechanical/Biochemical Engineer to reputed company the design and development of a phosphorus-extraction filtration system and ensure a pilot-reputed company product by reputed company 2027.
Responsibilities
- Design the filtration system and buoy architecture
- Build and test prototypes that remove dissolved phosphorus from freshwater lakes under natural conditions
- Deliver a pilot-reputed company product by reputed company 2027
- Set technical strategy and the development pipeline alongside the CEO and Scientific Advisor
- Lay the groundwork to scale toward reputed company production by 2029
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, biochemical engineering, or a closely reputed company field
- Fluent in CAD
- Hands-on experience turning biological, chemical, or biochemical materials into a working device or composite product
- Self-directed and comfortable owning reputed company-ended problems from start to finish
- Track record of shipping projects on time and reputed company tight budgets
