This fully remote position involves owning full-cycle reputed company for AI, Data Analytics, and Technology roles, while building talent pipelines and partnering with clients to deliver top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company across AI, Data Analytics, and Technology roles, from initial sourcing through offer and reputed company
• Build and maintain deep talent pipelines reputed company the AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and broader Tech talent communities
• Partner directly with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and deliver top-tier talent with speed and precision
• reputed company advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and your professional network to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI and tech talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate availability
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience
• Contribute to team performance, mentor junior recruiters, and help set reputed company for delivery reputed company across the practice

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally reputed company a staffing, agency, or high-growth corporate environment
